Privacy Notice
This site is a set of static pages. It does not run analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing pixels, and it does not set cookies of its own.
What this site collects directly
Nothing. The pages are served as static files and send no data about you anywhere.
Two small exceptions worth naming, neither of which leaves your device. On the submission page, a link you paste is held in your browser’s session storage so the form can fill it in for you; it is cleared when you close the tab. That page also notes which buttons, links, and fields you used — and whether the form managed to load — in memory only, so we can see where the page is confusing or broken.
Neither is sent anywhere. There is no analytics vendor, no request to any server, and no cookie behind either one, and nothing is kept once you close the tab. The link you paste is used for one thing: filling in the submission form for you.
What embedded services collect
Booking calendars, the playlist submission form, video players, and music players are embedded from third parties. When one of those frames loads or you interact with it, that provider receives your request and applies its own privacy policy and cookies. The embedded providers are:
- GoHighLevel / LeadConnector — booking calendars and the song submission form
- YouTube (Google) — video embeds
- Spotify — artist and playlist embeds
If you would rather not load a third-party frame, do not open the page that contains it. For a booking, phone or text reaches us directly and skips the calendar entirely. A track submission has to go through the form — please do not send music links by phone or text, as they are not part of the review queue and will be missed.
What you send us
If you book, contact, or submit a song, you give us the details you type into that form — typically your name, email address, phone number, and a link to your track. We use it to respond to you, to schedule and run the review, and to keep a record of the submission. We do not sell it.
Submitted material is handled under the song submission terms. Please send public links rather than file attachments.
Hosting
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may log request metadata such as IP addresses for security and abuse prevention under GitHub’s own policies. No form submissions are stored on GitHub Pages.
